Professional Consulting Inc. (PCI) is a leading full-service consulting firm providing engineering design, contract administration, and capital projects advisory services in the northeast US region. PCI specializes in municipal infrastructure including water resources, drainage, capital planning & forecasting, facility studies, and structural design.

Our services also include regulatory compliance, preparation of plans and specifications, field inspections, industrial work (ex: process piping, drainage, pretreatment facilities, etc.), and construction management. Our environmental services include preparation of environmental audits, assisting clients in compliance with regulatory consent orders, underground storage tank requirements, TCPA and DPCC/DCR plans including Risk Assessments and dispersion modeling, Annual Water Quality Reports, Spill Prevention Plans, NPDES compliance and permitting, and Enhanced Surface Water Treatment Rule (ESWTR) compliance and permitting.
