Schematic & Design Development

PCI staff will distill the information from the predesign phase to develop a selection of possible schemes to be evaluated with regard to budget, constructability, technology and the correct fit to the clients needs. Schematic designs are then refined to identify, resolve and develop the solution moving towards construction documentation. At this stage the project is shaped by influencing factors such as local, state and federal regulatory requirements, building codes, construction estimates, and project details and construction criteria.
