Contract Administration
At the beginning of the construction phase, PCI works with the client to obtain executed contracts and issue notices-to-proceed. Our firm will schedule and run the pre-construction meeting. We will attend regular project meetings and conduct site inspections to verify completed work for payment requests.
PCI resolves unexpected issues and helps facilitate the construction process to assure the owner of project completion in a timely manner and within the prescribed budget constraints. We monitor and facilitate contractor’s payment requests to the owner for work completed.
